本文采用陕西省的数据，对金融行业增加额、就业人员数量、城乡居民储蓄率、金融相关率四个因素和经济增长之间的影响关系做实证研究。结果表明，金融行业增加额与经济增长之间独立做计量分析时呈正相关关系，而综合四种因素做计量分析时相关性不明显；金融行业就业人员数量、城乡居民储蓄率、金融相关率这三种因素在独立分析和综合分析时均与经济增长呈现显著的相关关系，其中金融行业就业人员数量与经济增长呈正相关关系，储蓄率和金融相关率分别与经济增长呈负相关关系。

Based on the economic data of Shaanxi Province,this paper makes an empirical study of rela-tionship between economic growth and four factors,namely,the amount of increase in financial industry,the number of employed persons in financial industry,the savings rates of urban and rural residents and financial interrelation ratio (FIR).The results show that there is a positive correlation between the amount of the in-crease in financial industry and economic growth;there is no obvious correlation when we integrate the four factors and make econometric analysis;there is obvious correlation between the three factors including the number of employed persons in financial industry,the savings rates and FIR,and economic growth;there is a positive correlation between the number of employed persons in financial industry and economic growth,while there is negative correlation between the savings rates and economic growth,and between FIR and economic growth.
