目的：探讨急诊胃镜及胃镜下治疗急性上消化道出血的价值。方法对60例急性上消化道出血患者进行胃镜检查和治疗结果的资料进行回顾性分析。结果60例急诊胃镜检查病变检出率100％，出血的主要病因为消化性溃疡、急慢性胃炎、胃恶性肿瘤、食管胃底静脉曲张等。胃镜及内科综合治疗总止血率96．67％。结论上消化道出血患者应尽早行急诊胃镜检查以明确病因，对活动性出血采用镜下止血是安全有效的措施。
목적：탐토급진위경급위경하치료급성상소화도출혈적개치。방법대60례급성상소화도출혈환자진행위경검사화치료결과적자료진행회고성분석。결과60례급진위경검사병변검출솔100％，출혈적주요병인위소화성궤양、급만성위염、위악성종류、식관위저정맥곡장등。위경급내과종합치료총지혈솔96．67％。결론상소화도출혈환자응진조행급진위경검사이명학병인，대활동성출혈채용경하지혈시안전유효적조시。
Objective To investigate the emergency endoscopy and endoscopic treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding value.Methods Gastroscopy and treatment results of 60 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal were analyzed retrospectively ana-lyzed.Results The 60 cases of emergency gastroscopy lesion detection rate was 100%,the major cause of bleeding peptic ulcer,acute and chronic gastritis,gastric cancer,esophaneal and gastric varices.Total bleeding gastroscopy and Department of internal medicine treatment rate of 96.96%.Conclusion In patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract should be emergency gastroscopy to identify the cause as soon as possible,active bleeding with endoscopic hemostasis is safe and effective measures.
