目的：探讨颅内脓肿的有效治疗方法及经验体会。方法21例颅内脓肿患者采用钻孔导管持续引流术或微创清除术并配合全身联合应用抗生素的方法治疗。结果术后经抗生素液体、生理盐水及过氧化氢反复冲洗后，术后7～10 d拔除引流管，无1例死亡，治愈17例，仅3例留有轻瘫，无其他后遗症。结论采用钻孔导管持续引流术或微创清除术并配合全身联合应用抗生素是治疗颅内脓肿的有效方法。
목적：탐토로내농종적유효치료방법급경험체회。방법21례로내농종환자채용찬공도관지속인류술혹미창청제술병배합전신연합응용항생소적방법치료。결과술후경항생소액체、생리염수급과양화경반복충세후，술후7～10 d발제인류관，무1례사망，치유17례，부3례류유경탄，무기타후유증。결론채용찬공도관지속인류술혹미창청제술병배합전신연합응용항생소시치료로내농종적유효방법。
Objective Explore effective treatment for intracranial abscess and Experiences.Methods The 21cases of intracranial abscesses were treated with continuous catheter drainage drilling or minimally invasive surgery and combined with systemic antibiotic therapy methods.Results Postoperative antibiotic liquid,hydrogen peroxied,saline,and after repeated washing,after 7 to10 days after removal of the drainage tube,no one died,cured 17 cases,only three cases left paresis,no other sequelae.Conclusion Continuous cath-eter drainage by drilling or minimally invasive surgery and combined with systemic antibiotics are an effective treatment for intracranial abscess.
