近年来，医疗事故频频发生，而随着人们法律观念的增强和舆论监督力度的加大，对于医疗事故所应承担的民事责任问题也日益引起立法者、执法者及司法者的重视和社会的广泛关注和讨论。本文拟从医疗事故概念着手分析，结合我国现行法规的相关规定，就医疗单位在从事医疗活动中因过错造成损害所应承担的法律责任、责任性质等问题一抒浅见。
近年來，醫療事故頻頻髮生，而隨著人們法律觀唸的增彊和輿論鑑督力度的加大，對于醫療事故所應承擔的民事責任問題也日益引起立法者、執法者及司法者的重視和社會的廣汎關註和討論。本文擬從醫療事故概唸著手分析，結閤我國現行法規的相關規定，就醫療單位在從事醫療活動中因過錯造成損害所應承擔的法律責任、責任性質等問題一抒淺見。
근년래，의료사고빈빈발생，이수착인문법률관념적증강화여론감독력도적가대，대우의료사고소응승담적민사책임문제야일익인기입법자、집법자급사법자적중시화사회적엄범관주화토론。본문의종의료사고개념착수분석，결합아국현행법규적상관규정，취의료단위재종사의료활동중인과착조성손해소응승담적법률책임、책임성질등문제일서천견。
In recent years,medical accidents occur frequently,and with the augmentation of the people law idea and the increase of supervision by public opinion strength,for medical accident should bear the civil liability of the problem is increasingly cause the at-tention of legislators,law enforcement and judicial and social widespread attention and discussion.This paper intends to proceed with an analysis from the concept of medical malpractice,combined with relevant provisions of Chinese current regulations on medical units engaged in acts aimed liability damage due to the fault should bear the responsibility to express the nature of such issues as a humble opinion.
