应用 MIKE 11和 MIKE 21分别构建北京市大兴区天堂河下游地区一维和二维水动力学模型,采用 DHI MIKE FLOOD耦合模拟了不同暴雨重现期下该地区的淹没特性。为分析该地区暴雨洪涝灾害的危险性,研究模拟了不同情景下各骨干渠道考虑限制下泄流量的排水状况,整个研究区淹没范围随时间的演变趋势和空间上的分布状况。研究结果表明,整个研究区现状防洪能力不足20 a一遇设计标准,且研究区局部区域最大淹没深度超过2 m,最大积水时间超过8 h,是防洪排涝的重点区域。该结果可为下一步暴雨风险评估,滞洪区的选址和闸坝调度方案的制定提供参考依据。

MIKE 1 1 and MIKE 2 1 were used to develop one-and two-dimensional hydrodynamic models for the Tiantang River basin in Beij ing, they were then coupled by MIKE Flood to simulate hydrodynamic processes under different return-period rainfalls.The drainage conditions of main channels and evolution tendency of temporal and spatial distribution of submerged area were simulated to analyze hazard of flood disaster in the study area.It was found that flood capacity of Tiantang River basin could not meet 20-year return-period flood standard.Some regions of the study area showed waterlogging depth of >2 meters, duration of waterlogging was> 8 hrs.Such regions would be high-risk areas for flood control and drainage. These results provide reference for decision-making,such as selection of flood retarding basin and scheduling rule for control structures.
