介绍了利用机械力激发矿物活性的工艺,将炼钢厂鱼雷罐使用后的铝-碳化硅-碳质砖和钢包使用的镁碳砖,进行机械破碎、磨粉以后,激发其反应活性,然后添加胶凝性原料,制作成为炼钢渣罐用防粘渣剂,应用于120 t转炉生产线的11 m3渣罐的内壁喷涂作业,能够有效地隔离高温钢渣直接与渣罐的铸钢件内壁直接接触,降解渣中氧化铁含量明显,翻罐率达到99.5%以上。

The simulation mineral activity technology by means of the mechanical force was introduced, the alumina-silicon carbide-carbon brick after using the torpedo pot and the magnesite-carbon brick used for ladle were engaged in mechanical crushing and grinding in order to inspire their reactivity, then adding viscosity material, finally, the viscous resistant slag agent for steelmaking slag pot was manufactured, it was used for 11m3 slag pot inner wall spray coating in the 120 t converter production line, the spray coating can effectively isolate the high temperature slag with slag pot inner wall to avoid the directly contacting, the oxidation iron content in the steel obviously reduced and the slag pot turn inside out rate can reach above 99.5%.
