某火力发电厂对脱硫系统进行改造,在其中一台机组安装公用GGH低泄漏风机后的试运中,存在振动过大的故障。通过对该风机的振动检测,获取了包括振动趋势图、振动幅频图和振动相频图,结合振动信号的特征,对故障进行了诊断,得出了振动故障是由于引风机质量不平衡,通过加重处理后,引风机前后轴承的最大振幅由原来的接近500μm分别降低到了36μm和26μm,取得了显著的效果。

The desulfurization system was transformed in one thermal power plant, during the transformation the fan GGH which is low leakage was installed in one of the common units, there is excessive vibration fault.Through the detection of the vibration of the fan, obtains the characteristic of vibrational trend, vibration amplitude-frequency diagram and asphase-frequency vibrations diagram, diagnose the vibration fault binding characteristics of vibration signals, obtain a conclusion mass imbalance of induced draft fan let vibration fault. Through increased processing, the maximum amplitude of front and rear bearings of the induced draft fan reduced from close to 500μm to 26μm and 36μm respectively, achieved a remarkable results.
