从炉膛传热特性分析出发,利用炉膛传热分析和实验相结合的方法,对某钢厂的热处理炉炉膛结构、传热特点和热工操作进行综合研究。查明了造成热处理炉膛温度不均匀的直接和间接因素,提出改善炉膛温度均匀性的有效方法,使得炉膛的最大温差从50℃缩小到10℃左右,为该热处理炉的高端产品热处理提供了质量保证,为环形炉的改造设计提供了理论支撑。

The starting from the hearth heat transfer property analysis, using the method of combining the hearth heat transfer analysis with the experiment, the hearth structure, heat transfer property and heat engineering operation of reheating furnace in some steelmaking plant were engaged in synthetical research. We find out the direct and indirect factor causing hearth temperature non-uniformity, put forward one's effective method improving the hearth temperature uniformity, in order to reduce the temperature difference from about 50℃ to 10℃, like this can provide the heat treatment high-grade products with quality guarantee and offers the theory support for improvement design of the annular furnace.
