Th17细胞是新发现的一群不同于Th1与Th2细胞的CD4+T细胞亚群.Th17细胞以IL-23依赖的方式分泌白细胞介素(IL)-17,在慢性炎症与自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用.自2005年发现以来,Th17细胞受到了广泛关注,并已成为免疫学研究的热点.近年来的研究显示,Th17细胞也参与了肿瘤免疫,但对于其是促进肿瘤发生发展还是抑制肿瘤发展尚无定论.

Th17 cells are recently identified as a novel CD4+ T cell subset,which is different from Th1 and Th2 lineage.Th17 cells are characterized by the production of IL-17 in an IL-23 dependent way.Their involvement in chronic inflammation and autoimmune diseases has been confirmed.Since identified in 2005,Thl7 cells have been extensively investigated.Recent works have demonstrated that Th17 cells participated in tumor immunity.However,whether these cells promote tumor growth or regulate antitumor responses remains controversial.
