目的：分析特定人群烧伤住院治疗及费用资料，为卫生决策、资源配置提供参考。方法排除工伤交通事故引起的烧伤，2012年，共收治烧伤患者62例，男性45、女性17例，年龄平均29．5岁（0．7-75岁、中位数29岁）。对62例患者伤情、住院时间、治疗费用分别进行整理。结果62例患者，平均烧伤面积14．2％TBSA（1％TBSA～42％TBSA，中位数10．5％TBSA）。平均住院时间14．8天（3～48天，中位数13．5天），治疗费用平均15721元（1145～61111元，中位数9374．5元）。每1％TBSA烧伤面积治疗费用为1108元。住院时间是影响治疗费用的最主要因素，药物是住院费用中最主要部分，占31．9％。结论本组资料反映特定烧伤人群在区域性烧伤治疗中心的治疗及费用现状，减少住院天数、降低药品费用是控制治疗费用的关键。

Objective Retrospectively analyzing the data of the selected inpatients in a regional burns cen-ter, and presenting information of the care and cost of burns.Methods Excluding traffic incident and work-related incidents, sixty two burns patients were hospitalized in 2012.Of 62 burns patients, there were 45 male and 17 female.Age ranged from 7 months to 75 years (mean 29.5 years, median 29 years).The medical data and costs of the 62 cases were collected.Results The average burns area were 14.2% TBSA(3%~58%TBSA, median 10.5%TBSA), average length of stay was 14.8 days (range 3 days~48 days, median 13.5 day), average cost per case was 15 721 Yuan ( range 1 145 yuan~61 111 Yuan, median 9 374 Yuan) .The cost for each 1%TBSA burns was 1108 Yuan.The Length of stay was the most important variable that impacted hospitalization costs.Drugs accounted 31.9%in total costs.Conclusion this study presents a actual data of the care and cost of the selected burns victim in a regional burns center.The Length of stay and drugs were two key issue for controlling the cost.
