卓越人才培养目的是培养一批创新能力强、能够适应我国经济和社会发展需要的各类高端人才。除教育部在本科院校的卓越工程师培养之外，高职院校也应实施“卓越技师计划”，笔者就高职院校技术技能型卓越人才的培养目标、培养标准、实施方法和培养路径做出了研究和探索。
卓越人纔培養目的是培養一批創新能力彊、能夠適應我國經濟和社會髮展需要的各類高耑人纔。除教育部在本科院校的卓越工程師培養之外，高職院校也應實施“卓越技師計劃”，筆者就高職院校技術技能型卓越人纔的培養目標、培養標準、實施方法和培養路徑做齣瞭研究和探索。
탁월인재배양목적시배양일비창신능력강、능구괄응아국경제화사회발전수요적각류고단인재。제교육부재본과원교적탁월공정사배양지외，고직원교야응실시“탁월기사계화”，필자취고직원교기술기능형탁월인재적배양목표、배양표준、실시방법화배양로경주출료연구화탐색。
Cultivating the excellent technicians is an important long-term development program in China’s higher education. It aims to develop varied innovative talents to meet the needs of the economic and social progress. Vocational colleges, a special part of higher learning, should also implement the excellent technicians program in line with the national vocational education reform. This paper is to investigate and explore training objectives, standards, modes and approaches to cultivate top professionals at vocational colleges.
