针对某型液罐车在使用过程中出现前防浪板及前封头结构损坏的现象,建立了该罐车三维结构模型,分析其较危险的工况并进行结构静力分析,并根据分析结果对罐体结构进行了气液两相流固耦合分析,综合静态分析及瞬态分析结果对结构提出了优化方案,最后对优化结构进行分析以验证改进结构的优化效果。

The front baffle and the front envelop of tank truck are destroyed during work. The three-dimensional structure model of the tank truck is built. The static structure analysis of the tank truck is carried out based on dangerous conditions. Then the transient analysis of fluid-structure interaction in the CFX module is carried out based on multiphase flow. The optimization design of tank truck structure is made based on structure analysis and transient analysis, at last the effects of optimization is validated.
