为了了解包头地区奶牛产奶量和乳成分的季节性变化,对某规模化牛场2007~2012年6年的产奶量和乳成分数据进行整理分析,得出了该地区产奶量和乳成分的季节性变化规律。结果表明,5~8月份产奶量较高、乳蛋白和乳脂率较低(各月间 P≥0.05)。10~次年2月份产奶量较低、乳蛋白和乳脂率较高(各月间 P≥0.05)。3月和9月份,产奶量、乳蛋白质和乳脂率均居中(P≥0.05)。3月份开始产奶量上升、乳蛋白质和乳脂率下降(2~5月相邻月间 P≥0.05,相隔月间 P<0.05),9月份开始产奶量开始快速下降、乳蛋白质和乳脂率快速上升(8月与9月间 P<0.05)。各月份乳糖含量之间无明显差异(P≥0.05),有与产奶量一致的变化趋势,而与乳蛋白质和乳脂率的变化相反。包头地区奶牛产奶量有春季开始上升、夏季最高、秋季开始下降和冬季最低的季节性变化规律,乳蛋白和乳脂率变化趋势与产奶量变化正相反。产奶量、乳蛋白质和乳脂率秋季变化速度和幅度大于春季。

To understand the seasonal variation in milk yield and milk composition of Holstein cows in Baotou ,6 years'data from 2007 to 2012 of a cattle farm were analyzed to get the variation trend in milk production and milk composition .The results showed that the milk yield in May ,June ,July and August were higher than that of other months ,but protein and fat were lower (months differ at P ≥ 0 .05) .The milk yield in October ,November ,December ,January and February were lower ,but protein and fat were higher(P≥ 0 .05) .In March and September ,milk yield ,protein and fat were at the middle level ( P ≥0 .05) .In March ,milk yield began to rise ,but protein and fat began to fall(the neighboring months from February to May differed at P ≥ 0 .05 ,the interval months differed at P< 0 .05) ,in September ,milk yield began to plummet ,but protein and fat began to soar (August and September differed at P< 0 .05) .There was no significant difference between each month on lactose (P> 0 .05) .The variation of lactose was simi-lar to milk yield ,but contrary to protein and fat .The milk yield in Baotou presented the variation trend of rising in spring ,peaking in summer ,then falling in autumn and bottom in winter ;the variation of protein and fat were opposite to that of milk yield .The milk yield ,protein and fat varied greatly in autumn than in spring .
