拖料式定量皮带秤可通过出料口闸门开度调整物料流的高度h和通过变频器转速调整皮带速度V以实现给料量自动控制,但在生产现场往往出现超出额定流量的备用余量过小甚至达不到额定流量的问题,笔者建议制造厂商在选择定量皮带秤的皮带速度时应考虑用户加大量程的可能性。
