目的：探讨加替沙星配合局部高频热疗治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎（N GU ）的疗效以及安全性分析。方法：选取男性非淋菌性尿道炎患者120例，按数字表法随机分为两组，每组60例，对照组给予加替沙星治疗，观察组采用加替沙星联合高频热疗治疗，采用NIH-CPSI评分表量化，观察两组患者症状疗效以及药物与高频热疗的安全性。结果：治疗前两组CPSI评分无显著差异（P＞0．05），治疗后两组CPSI评分均显著改善（P＜0．05），且观察组有效率88．33％显著高于对照组有效率71．67％（P＜0．05），两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论：加替沙星联合体外高频热疗治疗非淋菌性尿道炎效果显著优于单纯服用加替沙星，体外高频热疗为治疗N GU的有效物理疗法，对提高N GU的治愈率、提高患者生活质量有积极的意义。
목적：탐토가체사성배합국부고빈열료치료남성비림균성뇨도염（N GU ）적료효이급안전성분석。방법：선취남성비림균성뇨도염환자120례，안수자표법수궤분위량조，매조60례，대조조급여가체사성치료，관찰조채용가체사성연합고빈열료치료，채용NIH-CPSI평분표양화，관찰량조환자증상료효이급약물여고빈열료적안전성。결과：치료전량조CPSI평분무현저차이（P＞0．05），치료후량조CPSI평분균현저개선（P＜0．05），차관찰조유효솔88．33％현저고우대조조유효솔71．67％（P＜0．05），량조환자균미출현엄중불량반응。결론：가체사성연합체외고빈열료치료비림균성뇨도염효과현저우우단순복용가체사성，체외고빈열료위치료N GU적유효물리요법，대제고N GU적치유솔、제고환자생활질량유적겁적의의。
Objectives:To investigate the clinical effects and safety of high-frequency hyperthermia ac-companied gatifloxacin in curing male nongonococcal urethritis.Method:A total of 120 male patients with nongono-coccal urethritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each of 60 members.Gatifloxacin therapy was given in both groups,while the experimental group was accompanied with high-frequency hyperthermia.NIH-CPSI scale was utilized to compare the symptoms,effects,and safety of the two groups.Result:No significant difference was found in the CPSI scale results between the two groups (P>0.05 )before treatment,while after treatment the CPSI scale results of both groups were significantly improved (P<0.05 ).Effective rate of the obser-vation group (88.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.67%)(P<0.05),with no se-rious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:High-frequency hyperthermia accompanied gatifloxacin is of great advantage in curing male nongonococcal urethritis than gatifloxacin taken alone.High-frequency hyperthermia in vitro is an effective physiotherapy in curing NGU.
