目的：探讨COX-2在子宫内膜间质肉瘤的发生发展中所起的作用和临床意义。方法：1997年至2014年大庆龙南医院妇科曾收住院的不同临床分期的子宫内膜间质肉瘤的患者标本20例作为实验组，正常子宫内膜20例作为对照组。采用免疫组化（sP）法，定位、定量检测子宫内膜间质肉瘤及正常子宫内膜组织中的COX-2，Western blot免疫印迹法，定量检测两组中的COX-2。结果：免疫组化及West-ern blot分析显示，实验组的COX-2的表达高，与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：COX-2在子宫内膜间质肉瘤中有高表达，可以为治疗子宫内膜间质肉瘤上提供新思路。
목적：탐토COX-2재자궁내막간질육류적발생발전중소기적작용화림상의의。방법：1997년지2014년대경룡남의원부과증수주원적불동림상분기적자궁내막간질육류적환자표본20례작위실험조，정상자궁내막20례작위대조조。채용면역조화（sP）법，정위、정량검측자궁내막간질육류급정상자궁내막조직중적COX-2，Western blot면역인적법，정량검측량조중적COX-2。결과：면역조화급West-ern blot분석현시，실험조적COX-2적표체고，여대조조유현저성차이（P＜0.05）。결론：COX-2재자궁내막간질육류중유고표체，가이위치료자궁내막간질육류상제공신사로。
Objectives:To explore the role of COX-2 plays in the development of endometrial stromal sar-coma and its clinical significance.Methods:20 patients of different clinical stages of endometrial stromal sarcoma treated in the Department of Gynaecology of Daqing Longnan Hospital from 1997 to 2014 were selected as the experi-mental group,while 20 cases of normal endometrium as control group.Immunohistochemical method (sP)was a-dopted for positioning and quantitative detection of COX-2 in endometrial stromal sarcoma and in normal endome-trial tissue,while Western blot method for quantitative detect of COX-2 in the two groups.Results:Immunohisto-chemistry and Western blot analysis revealed a high COX-2 expression in the experimental group,with significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:COX-2 is highly expressed in endometrial stromal sarcoma,which provides new ideas for the treatment of uterine endometrial stromal sarcoma.
