针对贵州省六盘水矿区实际降尘情况,在喷雾的雾化及湿式除尘理论的基础上,利用回风巷断面突然变化降尘方法,根据六盘水矿区响水煤矿 W134综采工作面回风巷的具体特点,剖析构建液滴捕尘效率和喷雾除尘效率的计算模型,并在不同水压下运用Matlab7?0仿真,得到在不同喷嘴孔径条件下的喷雾除尘效率曲线,设计了回风巷断面突然扩大段水幕喷雾系统。
針對貴州省六盤水礦區實際降塵情況,在噴霧的霧化及濕式除塵理論的基礎上,利用迴風巷斷麵突然變化降塵方法,根據六盤水礦區響水煤礦 W134綜採工作麵迴風巷的具體特點,剖析構建液滴捕塵效率和噴霧除塵效率的計算模型,併在不同水壓下運用Matlab7?0倣真,得到在不同噴嘴孔徑條件下的噴霧除塵效率麯線,設計瞭迴風巷斷麵突然擴大段水幕噴霧繫統。
