分析了红岭煤矿14161综放工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的原因,采取高位钻孔抽采、上隅角埋(插)管抽采、增加工作面风量、上巷插管抽采和水射流风机处理局部瓦斯积聚等瓦斯综合治理措施,彻底解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题。采取上述综合措施后,该工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度降低到0?4%以下,局部最高瓦斯浓度也降低到0?5%以下,工作面单产由原来的2200 t提高到3100 t,保证了工作面的高产高效。
分析瞭紅嶺煤礦14161綜放工作麵上隅角瓦斯積聚的原因,採取高位鑽孔抽採、上隅角埋(插)管抽採、增加工作麵風量、上巷插管抽採和水射流風機處理跼部瓦斯積聚等瓦斯綜閤治理措施,徹底解決瞭上隅角瓦斯超限問題。採取上述綜閤措施後,該工作麵上隅角瓦斯濃度降低到0?4%以下,跼部最高瓦斯濃度也降低到0?5%以下,工作麵單產由原來的2200 t提高到3100 t,保證瞭工作麵的高產高效。
분석료홍령매광14161종방공작면상우각와사적취적원인,채취고위찬공추채、상우각매(삽)관추채、증가공작면풍량、상항삽관추채화수사류풍궤처리국부와사적취등와사종합치리조시,철저해결료상우각와사초한문제。채취상술종합조시후,해공작면상우각와사농도강저도0?4%이하,국부최고와사농도야강저도0?5%이하,공작면단산유원래적2200 t제고도3100 t,보증료공작면적고산고효。
The reasons for the gas accumulation in the upper corner at No.14161 fully mechanized mining face of Hongling Coal Mine were analyzed.The comprehensive gas control measures completely solved the gas overrun in the upper corner,including drainage from highGlevel boreholes,drainage with buried pipe in the upper corner,the increase of air volume at mining face,pipeline drainage in the airGreG turn roadway and the control on local gas accumulation by water j et blowers.The application showed that the gas concentration decreased to below 0.4% in the upper corner,and the highest local gas concentraG tion dropped to below 0.5%.The coal output at single mining face increased to 3100t from 2200t,ensuG ring the high productivity and high efficiency.
