针对两组可选性存在差异的原煤提出了不同的配洗方案,选用适当提高难选煤精煤产率、灰分以及降低易选煤产率灰分的方法,逼近等分界灰分分选。分析了分选密度在变化幅度相同时,δ±0?1含量对精煤产率和灰分变化量的影响。随着δ±0?1含量的增大,精煤产率与灰分的提高幅度的差距也增大。进一步建立了精煤产率、灰分的变化量与δ±0?1含量、分选密度变化量之间的数学模型,从而为生产实践中分选参数的确定以及提高精煤产率提供了参考。

Different blending schemes for two groups of raw coal with different was habilityG have been discussed in this paper.It was found that we can improve the cleaned coal yield and ash of difficult separation coal and reduce the cleaned coal yield and ash of easy separation coal to apG proximate the same cutGpoint ash.The influence ofδ±0.1 content on the yield of cleaned coal and ash variation was analyzed,as well as separation density variation.The results showed that the yield variation ratio is larger than the ash variation ratio for cleaned coal with the increase ofδ±0.1 content.Based on the study,a mathematical model was established on yield and ash variaG tion of clean coal andδ±0.1 content/the separation density variation,which can guide the separaG tion parameter setting in production for higher cleaned coal yield.
