“90后”大学生已成为高校毕业生主体,他们的成长背景与环境的不同造就了其身上独特的特征,这给新时期高校的教育管理工作带来了机遇与挑战。因此,高校应根据“90后”大学生的特点,创新工作方法,开创高校教育新局面。尤其是在当前严峻的就业形势下,高校必须树立全新的创业教育理念、营造良好的创业教育的环境和氛围、转变教育观念、培养创业意识、搭建创业平台、完善创业教育课程体系、加强师资队伍建设,多管齐下,共同构建适合“90后”学生成长成才的创业教育体系。
“90後”大學生已成為高校畢業生主體,他們的成長揹景與環境的不同造就瞭其身上獨特的特徵,這給新時期高校的教育管理工作帶來瞭機遇與挑戰。因此,高校應根據“90後”大學生的特點,創新工作方法,開創高校教育新跼麵。尤其是在噹前嚴峻的就業形勢下,高校必鬚樹立全新的創業教育理唸、營造良好的創業教育的環境和氛圍、轉變教育觀唸、培養創業意識、搭建創業平檯、完善創業教育課程體繫、加彊師資隊伍建設,多管齊下,共同構建適閤“90後”學生成長成纔的創業教育體繫。

It was both opportunity and challenge for educational management when the post 90s students become the subject of college graduates, the unique feature of the students who were born in 1990s were affected by growth background and environment. Colleges should bring forth new working methods according to the characteristics of post 90s students to create a new situation. In the current situation of severe employment, high school educators should establish a new concept、build a good environment an atmosphere、change educational ideas, cultivate awareness based on entrepreneurial education, build business platform, perfect the curriculum system and enhance teachers team construction, some sides of the fence, entrepreneurship education system should be constructed for post 90s students growth and success.
