本文以马克思“人的全面发展理论”为理论背景，从四个方面探究大学生创业素质的培养途径。一是完善课程设置，拓宽大学生创业知识领域；二是加强心理辅导，努力提高大学生创业品质；三是营造文化氛围，牢固树立大学生创业意识；四是丰富实践载体，不断强化大学生创业技能，以期对大学生创业素质的培养和创业教育的开展提供帮助，最终实现大学生全面发展。
