研究氧化锌减量对内燃机车用二系橡胶堆胶料性能和成品耐疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:氧化锌用量从5份减到3份,胶料的t10和t90缩短,硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度及压缩永久变形基本不变,撕裂强度增大,压缩疲劳温升降低,屈挠龟裂性能改善;成品橡胶堆的垂向刚度及剪切刚度略微减小,疲劳试验后的垂向变形、垂向刚度变化率、剪切刚度变化率减小,温升降低,耐疲劳性能提高。
研究氧化鋅減量對內燃機車用二繫橡膠堆膠料性能和成品耐疲勞性能的影響。結果錶明:氧化鋅用量從5份減到3份,膠料的t10和t90縮短,硬度、定伸應力、拉伸彊度及壓縮永久變形基本不變,撕裂彊度增大,壓縮疲勞溫升降低,屈撓龜裂性能改善;成品橡膠堆的垂嚮剛度及剪切剛度略微減小,疲勞試驗後的垂嚮變形、垂嚮剛度變化率、剪切剛度變化率減小,溫升降低,耐疲勞性能提高。
연구양화자감량대내연궤차용이계상효퇴효료성능화성품내피로성능적영향。결과표명:양화자용량종5빈감도3빈,효료적t10화t90축단,경도、정신응력、랍신강도급압축영구변형기본불변,시렬강도증대,압축피로온승강저,굴뇨구렬성능개선;성품상효퇴적수향강도급전절강도략미감소,피로시험후적수향변형、수향강도변화솔、전절강도변화솔감소,온승강저,내피로성능제고。
The effect of reduction of zinc oxide amount on the properties of the rubber compounds for the side bearing of secondary suspension on diesel locomotive and its inlfuence on the performance of the ifnished rubber bearing parts were investigated. The addition amount of zinc oxide was reduced from original 5 phr to 3 phr. The experimental results showed thatt10 andt90 of the compound were shortened. The hardness, modulus, tensile strength and compression set of the vulcanizates were unchanged, the tear strength increased, the temperature increase in dynamic compression test was reduced, and the lfex cracking resistance was improved. The vertical stiffness and shear stiffness of the ifnished rubber parts decreased slightly. The vertical deformation, change of vertical stiffness and change of shear stiffness after fatigue test were reduced. The temperature increase of the rubber parts due to dynamic fatigue was reduced. The test results indicated that the fatigue resistance was improved.
