国家环保标准再次提升，吉林石化公司动力一厂电站6号锅炉无法满足国家大气污染物排放标准要求，需要提效改造。6号锅炉排烟温度高、燃烧渣油助燃和烟道空余长度小等条件，限制了常规改造方案的实施。经过技术研究和方案论证，确定了采用高频电源提高收尘效率、电除尘整体加高增加收尘面积及应用机电多复式双区新技术的改造方案。经实测和运行3年的实践检验，达到了改造效果，满足了国家限定排放标准。

As to the even stringent emission standard issued, 6# boiler of No.1 Power Station of Jilin Petrochemical Company Power Plant needed an efficiency upgrading urgently. However, the high exhaust gas temperature, combus-tion of residual oil and short unoccupied funnel, limited the implementation of conventional retrofit programs. After technology research and proposal demonstration, the following upgrading technologies were chosen:adopting the high-frequency power, heightening the overall ESP and applying the new technology of electrome-chanical multi-du-plex dual-zone ESP. After testing and 3-year running study, it proved that such retrofit program could reach the planed e-mission and meet the national limit emission standards.
