目的:探讨肠内生态免疫营养对多器官功能障碍综合症(MODS)模型大鼠肠屏障的影响。方法通过建立MODS大鼠模型,60只大鼠随机分为3组,即对照组、普通肠内营养组、肠内生态免疫组,分别喂养不同肠内营养剂7d,后测量各组大鼠血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)、光镜下肠黏膜绒毛高度及黏膜厚度。结果普通肠内营养组DAO显著低于对照组(P<0.01)且高于肠内生态免疫营养组(P<0.05),普通肠内营养组肠黏膜绒毛高度及黏膜厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)且低于肠内生态免疫营养组(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养能保护肠屏障,联合免疫营养和生态制剂更能有效起保护作用。

목적:탐토장내생태면역영양대다기관공능장애종합증(MODS)모형대서장병장적영향。방법통과건립MODS대서모형,60지대서수궤분위3조,즉대조조、보통장내영양조、장내생태면역조,분별위양불동장내영양제7d,후측량각조대서혈장이알양화매(DAO)、광경하장점막융모고도급점막후도。결과보통장내영양조DAO현저저우대조조(P<0.01)차고우장내생태면역영양조(P<0.05),보통장내영양조장점막융모고도급점막후도현저고우대조조(P<0.01)차저우장내생태면역영양조(P<0.05)。결론장내영양능보호장병장,연합면역영양화생태제제경능유효기보호작용。
Objective To study the effect of enteral nutrition ecological immunity on gut barrier in rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Methods Rats model of MODS were established by wound and injecting lipo polysaccharide (LPS) into en-terocoelia,60 rats involved in this study were randomly divided into control group、regular enteral nutrition group and enteral nutri-tion ecological immunity group,Every group was given respectively to enteral nutrition formulas for 7 days,The density of Diamine oxidase(DAO),the height of ileum villus and the thickness of ileum mucosa were measured by light microscopes. Result The lev-el of DAO in regular enteral nutrition group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01) and higher enteral nutrition ecologi-cal immunity group (P<0.05). The height of ileum villus and the thickness of villus mucosa in regular enteral nutrition group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01) and lower enteral nutrition ecological immunity group (P<0.05). Conclusion Enter-al nutrition may protect the gut barrier,composed of immune-enhance nutrient and ecologics more effectively in rats with MODS.
