目的：观察针刺颈段夹脊穴治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法：选取突发性耳聋患者61例，随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。观察两组患者治疗前后听力改变和椎动脉（VA）、基底动脉（BA）、小脑后下动脉（PICA）平均血流速度的变化。结果：治疗组痊愈10例，显效11例，有效4例，无效6例，总有效率为80．6％。对照组痊愈3例，显效7例，有效11例，无效9例，总有效率70％。两组相比，治疗组疗效优于对照组疗效（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组间VA、BA、PICA血流速度比较，对照组血流速度均高于治疗组（P＜0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：针刺颈段夹脊穴治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰침자경단협척혈치료돌발성이롱적림상료효。방법：선취돌발성이롱환자61례，수궤분위치료조31례화대조조30례。관찰량조환자치료전후은력개변화추동맥（VA）、기저동맥（BA）、소뇌후하동맥（PICA）평균혈류속도적변화。결과：치료조전유10례，현효11례，유효4례，무효6례，총유효솔위80．6％。대조조전유3례，현효7례，유효11례，무효9례，총유효솔70％。량조상비，치료조료효우우대조조료효（P＜0.05）。치료후량조간VA、BA、PICA혈류속도비교，대조조혈류속도균고우치료조（P＜0.05），치료조료효우우대조조。결론：침자경단협척혈치료돌발성이롱림상료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture Cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of sudden hearing loss.Methods 6 1 patients with sudden hearing loss were divided randomly in a treatment group (3 1 cases ) and a control group (30cases). Observe two group of patients’hearing changes and variations of vertebral artery (VA),basilar artery (BA),posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA)blood flow velocity after treatment. Results In treatment group 10cases cured,11cases markedly, 4cases effective,6healed cases,the total effective rate is 80.6%.In control group,3cases cured,7cases markedly,11cases effec-tive,9healed cases,the total effective rate is 70%. The result in treatment group were better than that in control group (P<0.05).In comparison of VA,BA,PICA blood flow velocity after treatment,the blood flow velocities in control group were higher than those in treatment group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture Cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of sudden hearing loss is significant,is worth promoting the application.
