目的：研究大猪屎豆的显微鉴别特征。方法：采用显微鉴别法。结果：根木质部宽广，纤维多；茎外被大量非腺毛，维管束大小不一，髓部宽广，中空；叶维管束呈新月形，有维管束鞘，下表皮被非腺毛；粉末中可观察到纤维束、导管和非腺毛。结论：大猪屎豆的显微鉴别特征可为其质量标准的制定及进一步研究提供参考依据。
목적：연구대저시두적현미감별특정。방법：채용현미감별법。결과：근목질부관엄，섬유다；경외피대량비선모，유관속대소불일，수부관엄，중공；협유관속정신월형，유유관속초，하표피피비선모；분말중가관찰도섬유속、도관화비선모。결론：대저시두적현미감별특정가위기질량표준적제정급진일보연구제공삼고의거。
Objective To study the Microscopic character of Crotalaria assamica Benth.Methods Microscopic identification were adopted.Results The xylem of the root is broad and There are a lot of wood fiber in xylem;There are many nonglandular hairs in stem epidermis,the vascular bundle is big or small,and the pith is empty;The vascular bundle looks like a crescent and there was vascu-lar bundle sheath outside in leaf,lower epidermis is covered with nonglandular hairs.It contain fibre bundle,vessel and nonglandular hairs in the powder.Conclusion These results can be used to provide the scientific evidence for the establishment of standard for quali-ty control and further study.
