目的：探究亲和护理在宫颈癌根治术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月～2013年12月收治的宫颈癌患者120例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组患者60例。实验组患者围手术期实施亲和护理，对照组则给予常规护理。观察并比较2组患者围手术期的焦虑情绪、对疼痛的耐受程度及配合治疗情况等。结果实验组患者的焦虑情绪明显低于对照组，实验组患者对疼痛的耐受程度及配合治疗情况明显高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论亲和护理能够降低患者围手术期焦虑情绪，提高对疼痛的耐受程度，使患者保持积极乐观的态度接受手术治疗。
목적：탐구친화호리재궁경암근치술환자위수술기적응용효과。방법선취2011년1월～2013년12월수치적궁경암환자120례작위연구대상，수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조환자60례。실험조환자위수술기실시친화호리，대조조칙급여상규호리。관찰병비교2조환자위수술기적초필정서、대동통적내수정도급배합치료정황등。결과실험조환자적초필정서명현저우대조조，실험조환자대동통적내수정도급배합치료정황명현고우대조조，비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론친화호리능구강저환자위수술기초필정서，제고대동통적내수정도，사환자보지적겁악관적태도접수수술치료。
Objective To explore the effect of affinity nursing on patients’s during the perioperative period after cervical cancer radical gas-trectomy.Methods 1 20 patients after cervical cancer radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, which group had 60 cases.Patients of experimental group were given affinity nursing while the control group were given routine nursing.Com-pare patients’anxious emotion,the tolerance for pain and cooperate with the treatment.Results Patients of experimental has lower anxious emotion than control group and the situation tolerance for pain and cooperate with the treatment,the situation of tolerance for pain and cooper-ate with the treatment in experimental group are better than that in control group.There are statistical differences between those two group(P<0.05).Conclusion The affinity nursing can lessen patients’anxiety,improve the degree of pain tolerance and help them stay optimistic for the surgical treatment.
