对采用负压封闭引流联合皮瓣移植治疗慢性跟骨骨髓炎患者的临床效果进行探究分析。选取我院2010年2月~2011年2月收治的24例慢性跟骨骨髓炎患者作为研究对象，对所有患者均采取负压封闭引流联合皮瓣移植术治疗，治疗后，观察治疗效果。所有创面均无出现脓性分泌物，肉芽新鲜，经皮瓣移植后均成活；无一例患者出现复发现象，具有较好的耐摩擦能力，足跟部外形较好，负重良好。治疗慢性跟骨骨髓炎患者采用负压封闭引流联合皮瓣移植进行治疗，手术操作较简单，给供区产生损伤较小，具备较好治疗效果。

objective to adopt the closed negative pressure drainage joint flap transplantation for treatment of patients with chronic bone osteomyelitis to explore analysis. Methods select our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011, 24 patients with chronic bone osteomyelitis as the research object, to all patients with closed negative pressure drainage joint flap transplantation treatment, after treatment, the curative effect. Results all wounds are no appear purulent secretion, granulation, fresh after flap transplantation survival; None of the patients with recurrent phenomenon, has good friction resistance ability, the foot heel better appearance, weight is good. Conclusion the treatment of chronic bone osteomyelitis were treated by closed negative pressure drainage joint flap transplantation treatment, operation is simple, cause damage for the area is lesser, have good therapeutic effect.
