针对煤矿通风系统资源利用率低、耗能巨大的现状,在比较几种风量调节方式后,提出了一种基于PLC为控制核心的变频调速系统。详细介绍了系统的结构,分析了系统运行原理,并结合系统的具体应用,进行了相关的节能计算,应用结果发现,该系统运行稳定,节能效果显著。

According to the present situation of the low utilization of resources and a huge consumption of ener-gy, after comparing several ways to regulate wind volume, this paper presented a kind of variable frequency speed-regulation system based on PLC. The structure of the system was introduced in detail. The system operation principle was analyzed. Combined with the specific application, the relative energy-saving was calculated. The application re-sults, show that this system is stable, and has a significant effct in energy-saving.
