为研究高速电主轴内置电机空气摩擦损耗随电机转速的变化规律,采用解析和计算流体动力学两种方法对不同转速工况下的内置电机空气摩擦损耗进行了理论分析。结果表明,基于解析计算得到的空气摩擦损耗与采用计算流体动力学方法仿真的结果基本一致。通过电机空载试验,采用损耗分离法得到不同转速下内置电机的空气摩擦损耗,试验数据和仿真分析结果相吻合,表明对高速电主轴内置电机空气摩擦损耗解析与仿真的方法是有效的。

To investigate how the air-gap friction loss within the built-in motor for a high speed motorized spindle is changing with the varying rotational speed of the motor, the air-gap friction loss was analyzed by analytic method and computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) simulations. The results show that the air-gap friction loss confirmed by the analytic method is in agreement with the one obtained by CFD simulations. Idling tests of built-in motor were carried out and by loss separation method the air-gap friction losses were acquired for different motor speeds. The experimen-tal data is in accordance with the numerical results of the simulation, which demonstrates the validity of the proposed analysis and simulation approaches for air-gap friction loss.
