本文针对当下一般工业产品标准备案时管理复杂度非常巨大，企业不合法行为时有发生，留下巨大社会风险隐患现象，指出产品品种变换率大是其根本原因，分析了企业生产方式对产品品种变换的影响，基于此提出了根据企业生产方式进行分类管理，同时设计了企业产品标准备案信用等级评定方法并给出相应的备案管理措施，节省管理成本，提升监管水平。

Aiming at the current problems of the great complexity in the management of general industrial products and the frequent illegal behaviors of enterprises which causes great social risks, the paper makes a preliminary analysis on the impact of production method on the varieties of products transformation which is deduced as the ultimate cause, proposes a classification management method according to the production mode of enterprises, and also puts forward the credit rating method for enterprise product standards and the corresponding record management measures to save the management cost and improve the level of supervision.
