目的:统计分析某辖区手足口病定点医院三年1017例手足口病出院患者的发病年龄及流行病学季节分布,了解该病的流行病学特征,为辖区内的手足口病防控措施提供事实依据。方法以病案首页数据为基础用系统综合查询功能,以基于出院诊断陨悦阅-10编码为月08.401的病例为统计对象,对2011至2013年某医院手足口病病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其流行病学特征进行探讨。结果2011至2013年共收治1017例手足口病患儿,发病年龄以1~5岁为主;男性发病率较女性高(孕<0.05);全年均有发病,以4~10月高发。结论手足口病的发病年龄以5岁以下婴幼儿为主,男性报告病例比女性多,流行时间较集中于夏秋季,相关部门应加强防控工作,降低其发病率。病案首页蕴含丰富的信息资料,充分挖掘,可以为相关部门利用。

Objective To analyze the onset age and seasonal distribution of 1 017 discharged patients with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in a certain HFMD-designated hospital of a district within three years, and understand the epidemiologic features of HFMD, so as to provide reference for clinic. Methods Based on the data in the medical record system, we used integrated search function to search statistical objects among the cases with ICD-10 of B08.401 in discharge diagnosis. The clinical data of HFMD in a hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively to find out the epidemiologic features of HFMD. Results 1 017 patients with HFMD were found from 2011 to 2013. The onset age focused on 1~5 years old, and the morbidity of male was higher than that of female (P <0.05). HFMD had attack all year round, with high incidence from April to October. Conclusions The morbidity of HFMD focuses on children under 5 years old, female, summer and autumn. Relevant departments should strengthen the prevention and control work, so as to reduce its incidence. The homepage of medical record has a wealth of information, which should be fully used for data mining.
