目的：探讨音乐电针疗法在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取于我院住院就诊的167例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者为受试对象，随机分成常规康复组(A组，灶越50)、磁疗训练组(月组，灶越57)及音乐电针训练组(悦组，灶越60)三组。记录三组孕杂匝陨评分，对比分析三组患者各指标的变化情况。结果①悦组孕杂匝陨评分明显低于A、月两组(孕<0.05)；②A、月两组总有效率对比无统计学意义(孕>0.05)；A、悦组及月、悦组对比差异有统计学意义(孕<0.05)。结论音乐电针疗法可有效改善脑中卒后睡眠障碍患者失眠状况，具有积极的临床意义，值得推广。
목적：탐토음악전침요법재뇌졸중후수면장애환자중적응용효과。방법선취우아원주원취진적167례뇌졸중후수면장애환자위수시대상，수궤분성상규강복조(A조，조월50)、자료훈련조(월조，조월57)급음악전침훈련조(열조，조월60)삼조。기록삼조잉잡잡운평분，대비분석삼조환자각지표적변화정황。결과①열조잉잡잡운평분명현저우A、월량조(잉<0.05)；②A、월량조총유효솔대비무통계학의의(잉>0.05)；A、열조급월、열조대비차이유통계학의의(잉<0.05)。결론음악전침요법가유효개선뇌중졸후수면장애환자실면상황，구유적겁적림상의의，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of music electric acupuncture therapy in patients with sleep disorder after stroke. Methods 167 patients with sleep disorder after stroke in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups:group A (routine rehabilitation group, n=50), group B (magnetic therapy training group, n=57) and group C (music electric acupuncture training group, n=60). The PSQI scores of three groups were recorded, and the changes of clinical indicators of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results The PSQI score of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B (P>0.05), but there were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate between group A and group C, and between group B and group C (P<0.05). Conclusions Music electric acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the quality of sleep of patients with sleep disorder after stroke. It has positive significance, which is worthy of promotion.
