目的:探讨耳内镜下贝复新明胶海绵修补外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法选取我科2008年1月至2012年12月接诊的132例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组(76例)和对照组(56例)。治疗组行耳内镜下贝复新明胶海绵修补外伤性鼓膜穿孔,对照组予以传统干燥保守治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行分析和比较。结果在相同时间(4周,2个月,3个月),治疗组鼓膜穿孔愈合率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);4周内,治疗组的愈合时间明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论贝复新明胶海绵修补外伤性鼓膜穿孔可提高鼓膜穿孔愈合率及加快鼓膜穿孔愈合速度,是一种操作简单、安全、有效的治疗方法。

목적:탐토이내경하패복신명효해면수보외상성고막천공적림상료효。방법선취아과2008년1월지2012년12월접진적132예외상성고막천공환자위연구대상,장기수궤분위치료조(76례)화대조조(56례)。치료조행이내경하패복신명효해면수보외상성고막천공,대조조여이전통간조보수치료,대량조환자적림상료효진행분석화비교。결과재상동시간(4주,2개월,3개월),치료조고막천공유합솔균명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);4주내,치료조적유합시간명현쾌우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론패복신명효해면수보외상성고막천공가제고고막천공유합솔급가쾌고막천공유합속도,시일충조작간단、안전、유효적치료방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic Beifuxin gelatin sponge in repairing traumatic eardrum perforation. Methods 132 cases of patients with traumatic eardrum perforation treated in our department from January 2008 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (76 cases) and control group(56 cases). The treatment group was treated with endoscopic Beifuxin gelatin sponge to repair traumatic eardrum perforation, the control group received the traditional drying and conservative treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were analysed and compared. Results After 4 weeks, 2 months and 3 months, the healing rate of traumatic eardrum perforation of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.01);in 4 weeks, the healing time of the treatment group was significantly faster than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusions The endoscopic Beifuxin gelatin sponge in repairing traumatic eardrum perforation can improve the healing rate of traumatic eardrum perforation and accelerate the healing time of eardrum perforation, which is a simple, safe and effective method.
