目的：探讨卡介苗多糖核酸联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效及不良反应情况。方法116例慢性湿疹病例被随机分为观察组和对照组各58例，观察组肌注卡介苗多糖核酸隔日一次，连续4 w，每日口服依匹斯汀10 mg，联合外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏；对照组每日口服依匹斯汀10 mg联合外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏，涂于患处，每日早晚两次。观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组治愈26例、显效26例，有效6例，总有效率100%；对照组治愈13例、显效20例、有效20例，总有效率91.4%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发3例(5.17%)，对照组复发13例(22.4%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未观察到严重的不良反应。结论卡介苗多糖核酸联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切，不良反应较轻，能显著降低患者的复发率。
목적：탐토잡개묘다당핵산연합의필사정치료만성습진적림상료효급불량반응정황。방법116례만성습진병례피수궤분위관찰조화대조조각58례，관찰조기주잡개묘다당핵산격일일차，련속4 w，매일구복의필사정10 mg，연합외용정산경화가적송연고；대조조매일구복의필사정10 mg연합외용정산경화가적송연고，도우환처，매일조만량차。관찰량조환자적치료효과급불량반응정황。결과관찰조치유26례、현효26례，유효6례，총유효솔100%；대조조치유13례、현효20례、유효20례，총유효솔91.4%，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조복발3례(5.17%)，대조조복발13례(22.4%)，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조환자균미관찰도엄중적불량반응。결론잡개묘다당핵산연합의필사정치료만성습진료효학절，불량반응교경，능현저강저환자적복발솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in combination with epinastine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 116 cases of patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The observation group received BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid by intramuscular way once every other day for 4 weeks and taken epinastine 10 mg orally every day combined with topical butyric acid Hydrocorti-sone Ointment. The control group was given daily oral epinastine 10 mg combined with topical butyric acid Hydrocorti-sone Ointment, which was applied to the affected area twice every day. The adverse reactions and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 26 cases were cured, 26 cases took significant effect, 6 cases took effect, the total efficiency was 100%;in the control group, 13 cases were cured, 20 cases took significant effect, 20 cases took effect, the total effective rate was 91.4%, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). 3 cases of the observation group relapsed (5.17%), 13 cases of the control group relapsed (22.4%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Serious adverse events in the two groups were not found. Conclusions The effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with epinastine in treating chronic eczema is curative, with fewer adverse reactions, and can significantly reduce the relapse rate.
