目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)并非酒精性肝硬化(NAC)患者胰岛素强化治疗的相关性。方法对2009年1月至2014年3月在我院就诊的88例T2DM并NAC患者的临床资料行回顾性分析,均予以胰岛素强化治疗,比较治疗前后患者的血糖及肝功能指标。结果经胰岛素强化治疗后, T2DM并NAC患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PPG)明显降低,血糖波动明显减少, TB (血清总胆固醇)、 ALT (谷丙转氨酶)、 AST (谷草转氨酶)、白蛋白(ALB)等肝功能指标均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于T2DM并NAC患者,胰岛素强化治疗不仅能有效控制其血糖,还能促进其肝功能尽快恢复,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병(T2DM)병비주정성간경화(NAC)환자이도소강화치료적상관성。방법대2009년1월지2014년3월재아원취진적88례T2DM병NAC환자적림상자료행회고성분석,균여이이도소강화치료,비교치료전후환자적혈당급간공능지표。결과경이도소강화치료후, T2DM병NAC환자적공복혈당(FPG)、찬후2 h혈당(2 h PPG)명현강저,혈당파동명현감소, TB (혈청총담고순)、 ALT (곡병전안매)、 AST (곡초전안매)、백단백(ALB)등간공능지표균명현개선,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대우T2DM병NAC환자,이도소강화치료불부능유효공제기혈당,환능촉진기간공능진쾌회복,치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the relevance of intensive insulin therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with non alcoholic cirrhosis (NAC). Methods The clinical materials of 88 cases of patients with T2DM and NAC treated with intensive insulin therapy from January 2009 to March 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed. The indexes of blood glucose and liver function were compared before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment of intensive insulin therapy, the FPG and 2 h PPG were significantly decreased, the fluctuation of blood glucose was significantly reduced, and the indexes of liver function (TB, ALT, AST, ALB) were significantly im-proved, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions The intensive insulin therapy for the T2DM with NAC can effectively control blood glucose of patients, but also promote the liver function as soon as possible, which is worthy of popularization and application.
