目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者及非糖尿病人群中高血压与踝臂指数(A月陨)的相关性。方法选取124例2型糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组,本院体检的122例非2型糖尿病体检人群作为对照组。比较两组人群高血压及非高血压人群的踝臂指数,同时分析两组人群A月陨与收缩压、舒张压的简单线性相关性。最后运用蕴燥早蚤泽贼蚤糟回归研究两组人群高血压与A月陨的相关性。结果两组人群A月陨存在显著差异(孕<0.05)。在糖尿病组,A月陨在高血压人群与非高血压人群存在显著差异,而且,A月陨与收缩压及舒张压均存在简单相关性(孕<0.05)。在非校正模式及校正年龄、性别、总胆固醇、匀阅蕴、蕴阅蕴、甘油三酯、月M陨、腰围等影响因素后,高血压是A月陨的独立危险因素(孕<0.05)。但在非糖尿病人群中,均未发现上述相关性。结论2型糖尿病患者中,高血压与反映外周动脉硬化的踝臂指数独立相关。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병환자급비당뇨병인군중고혈압여과비지수(A월운)적상관성。방법선취124례2형당뇨병환자작위당뇨병조,본원체검적122례비2형당뇨병체검인군작위대조조。비교량조인군고혈압급비고혈압인군적과비지수,동시분석량조인군A월운여수축압、서장압적간단선성상관성。최후운용온조조조택적조조회귀연구량조인군고혈압여A월운적상관성。결과량조인군A월운존재현저차이(잉<0.05)。재당뇨병조,A월운재고혈압인군여비고혈압인군존재현저차이,이차,A월운여수축압급서장압균존재간단상관성(잉<0.05)。재비교정모식급교정년령、성별、총담고순、균열온、온열온、감유삼지、월M운、요위등영향인소후,고혈압시A월운적독립위험인소(잉<0.05)。단재비당뇨병인군중,균미발현상술상관성。결론2형당뇨병환자중,고혈압여반영외주동맥경화적과비지수독립상관。
Objective To investigate the correlation of hypertension and ankle-brachial index in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and physical examination people without diabetes. Methods 124 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as diabetic group, 122 cases of non-diabetic population did physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group. The ABI of non-hypertensive patients and hypertensive patients were compared, the simple linear correlation between the ABI and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were analyzed. Logistic regression was used to study the correlation of hypertension and ABI. Results ABI showed statistically significant difference in two groups (P <0.05). In the diabetic group, ABI showed significant difference in the hypertensive population and non-hypertensive population. Moreover, ABI had simple linear correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressure (P <0.05). In non-adjusted model and model with age, gender, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, BMI, waist circumference were revised, hypertension was an independent risk factor to ABI (P <0.05). But in the non-diabetic population, such correlation was not found. Conclusions In type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, hypertension is independently associated with ABI, which reflects the peripheral arteriosclerosis.
