为了研究酱油等食品中总砷的含量测定方法,采用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸作为前处理样品,再运用原子荧光光谱法测定其含量。在选定的条件下,该方法的检出限为0.0625 ng/g (或ng/mL),在0~20 ng/mL内线性良好,相关系数R2=0.9992,回收率为90%~100.2%,相对标准偏差1.98%。该方法较简便、灵敏度较高、精密度和准确性均较好,可以满足新食品安全标准的要求。

In order to study the method for determination of total arsenic in soy sauce and other foods, nitric acid and perchloric acid mixed acid is used for the pretreatment of sample, and its content is determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. In the selected conditions, the detection limit of the method is 0.062 5 ng/g (or ng/mL), in 0~20 ng/mL inside of the good, the correlation coefficient of R2=0.999 2, the recovery rate is 90%~100.2%, and the relative standard deviation is 1.98%. This method is simple, and has high sensitivity and good precision and accuracy, it can meet there quirements of the new food safety standards.
