采用AB-8, S-8, X-5,聚酰胺4种树脂,探讨对杨桃多酚的吸附和解吸条件。结果表明, AB-8树脂是适宜杨桃多酚分离纯化的吸附剂。 AB-8树脂对杨桃多酚的动态吸附量随上柱样液浓度的降低、上柱流速的增加而减少,适宜的上柱流速为2 BV/h流速。按照2 BV/h流速对杨桃多酚进行洗脱,在乙醇体积分数为54%时出现洗脱高峰。

Four types of resin (AB-8, S-8, X-5, polyamide) are used in the adsorption and desorption tests to carambole polyphenol. The result shows that AB-8 resin is suitable to purify carambole polyphenol as adsorbent. The amount of the dynamic adsorption to the carambole polyphenol on AB-8 colunm is reduced by the decrease on the sample concentration and the increase of the flow velocit. The appropriate flow rate is 2 BV/h. The elution peak is found at 54% ethanol by 2 BV/h flow rate of elution.
