为进一步遮盖高纯度花生四烯酸的不良味道、防止氧化、保证产品纯度、延长花生四烯酸产品的货架期,采用软胶囊技术对花生四烯酸进行包埋。通过优化囊壳成分及其配比,获得花生四烯酸软胶囊的囊壳制备工艺及最佳参数,并对制备工艺进行稳定性考察,连续3批试验误差小于5%,差异不显著,说明试验工艺稳定。
為進一步遮蓋高純度花生四烯痠的不良味道、防止氧化、保證產品純度、延長花生四烯痠產品的貨架期,採用軟膠囊技術對花生四烯痠進行包埋。通過優化囊殼成分及其配比,穫得花生四烯痠軟膠囊的囊殼製備工藝及最佳參數,併對製備工藝進行穩定性攷察,連續3批試驗誤差小于5%,差異不顯著,說明試驗工藝穩定。

In order to further cover high purity arachidonic acid bad taste, prevent oxidation, ensure product purity, extend the shelf life of arachidonic acid products, soft capsule technology has been used to encapsulate arachidonic acid, preparation technology and the best parameters of arachidonic acid soft capsule are determined according to optimization of capsule shell composition and proportion. And the stability test is carried out on the preparation process, consecutive three batches of test error are lower than 5%, no significant difference, the result shows that trial process is stable.
