本文从现有移动插座压簧断开式两对银触点按扭开关开始，分析了按扭开关的现状，并提出了弹片断开式一对银触点的新方案及其技术难点。通过对新方案的技术分析、理论计算及实验研究，最终成功地优化了开关的结构，研究出了高于国内外同行业标准要求的按扭开关，并大大地降低了成本。
本文從現有移動插座壓簧斷開式兩對銀觸點按扭開關開始，分析瞭按扭開關的現狀，併提齣瞭彈片斷開式一對銀觸點的新方案及其技術難點。通過對新方案的技術分析、理論計算及實驗研究，最終成功地優化瞭開關的結構，研究齣瞭高于國內外同行業標準要求的按扭開關，併大大地降低瞭成本。

In this paper, we started from the portable socket-outlet double-couple-contacts push-button switch by compression-spring turning off type, analyzed currant circumstances of push-button switch, as well as proposed a whole new scheme of one-couple-contacts by leaf-spring turning off and difficulty technical points. Through the technical analysis, theoretical calculation and experimental study, we finally optimized the switch structure and worked out the new switch which exceed the domestic and overseas standard requirements successfully in the same industry and reduce production cost considerably.
