根据标准GB 4706.1-2005分析软件评估的要求,并针对空调产品结构、元件等进行分析,同时,通过模拟实验,对控制器和软件做各种非正常实验。研究结果表明,在控制器和软件失效的情况下,IPM智能模块自身能起到最后保护的作用,并符合标准GB 4706.1-2005第19.13的要求,笔者认为家用分体变频空调不需要做软件评估。

According to the standard GB 4706.1-2005, the requirements of software evaluation was analyzed. And the structure and components, etc. of air conditioners were analyzed. Meanwhile, through simulation test, various non-normal experiments were done. The results show that on the failure condition of controller and software, the IPM intelligent module itself can play the protection role at last;it meets the requirements of the item 19.13 in standard GB 4706.1-2005. Therefore, we suggest that it is unnecessary to do the software evaluation for household split air conditioner.
