将制革工业中的废弃皮革经过非织造工艺制成废鞣革胶原水刺布,通过戊二醛交联将单宁固化到废鞣革胶原水刺布上。首先研究单宁固化废鞣革胶原水刺布的形态结构及强伸性变化,然后分别研究Pb2+的初始浓度、溶液温度、溶液pH值对Pb2+吸附量的影响。结果表明:随着Pb2+的初始浓度、溶液温度、溶液pH值的增大,Pb2+的吸附量逐渐增大,最大为25.95 mg/g。最后利用0.1 mol/L稀HCl溶液对吸附材料进行解吸附试验,并讨论单宁固化废鞣革胶原水刺布吸附材料的解吸附性能及再生性。

장제혁공업중적폐기피혁경과비직조공예제성폐유혁효원수자포,통과무이철교련장단저고화도폐유혁효원수자포상。수선연구단저고화폐유혁효원수자포적형태결구급강신성변화,연후분별연구Pb2+적초시농도、용액온도、용액pH치대Pb2+흡부량적영향。결과표명:수착Pb2+적초시농도、용액온도、용액pH치적증대,Pb2+적흡부량축점증대,최대위25.95 mg/g。최후이용0.1 mol/L희HCl용액대흡부재료진행해흡부시험,병토론단저고화폐유혁효원수자포흡부재료적해흡부성능급재생성。
The waste leather was made into waste collagen fiber spun-lace fabric by textile manufacturing process. This kind of spun-lace fabric was then immobilized by tannin through the cross-link of glutaraldehyde. The structure and strength of the fabric were studied.Then the influences of initial Pb2+concentration, the temperature and pH value of the solution on the absorption of Pb2+have been studied.It shows that with the increase of these three parameters, adsorption of Pb2+increases,up to 25.95 mg/g.Finally, the fabric that has absorbed Pb2+was treated by 0.1 mol/L HCl solution to study its properties of de-sorption and performance of recycling.
