从原料选用、产品结构设计、生产工艺三个方面设计开发Sunlite中空保暖絮片和涤纶保暖絮片,并对成品的性能进行测试及对比分析,得到Sunlite中空保暖絮片较佳的工艺为针刺密度100刺/cm2、针刺深度7 mm。

In view of three aspects such as raw materials, structure design and production processes, Sunlite hollow thermal wadding and the polyester thermal wadding were designed and developed, then properties of the products were compared and discussed.It is found out that the optimal process of Sunlite hollow ther-mal wadding is that needle density is 100 stab /cm2 and needle depth is 7 mm.
