疝在全球范围内有较高的发病率，需要采用手术方式治疗，疝修复补片是无张力疝修复手术中的核心材料。概述疝修复及疝修补片现状，总结国内外已临床使用及最新研发的复合补片的特点，阐述复合补片设计的基本理念，以及所用的高分子材料种类、采用的纺织结构和膜结构特征，并介绍复合补片的多种复合技术，为我国新型疝修复复合补片的深入开发提供有益的思路。

There is a high morbidity of hernia in the worldwide which needs surgical treatment, meanwhile, hernia patch plays an important role in herniorrhaphy.Several common materials for patches were introduced. The characteristics of commercial patches and the composite patches developed latest were summarized.The basic design concept, polymer materials and characteristics of film and textile structure were empha-sized.Finally, the composite technology was elucidated in detail for the purpose of providing instruc-tive idea for further development of Chinese composite patches.
