针对印染废水中偶氮染料稳定性高,水溶性大,常规方法难以将其去除的问题,设计并开展了Fe-Cu双金属内电解法对偶氮染料活性艳红X-3B废水去污脱色的模拟实验。分别从反应时间、pH、初始浓度、Fe-Cu双金属的投放量以及温度等对该污染物去除率的影响进行分析讨论,得出了Fe-Cu双金属内电解法在弱酸、弱碱、25℃、低初始浓度条件下对活性艳红X-3B的去除效果较好的结论,为印染工业废水的治污技术提供了参考依据。

Because AZO dye has high stability and high water solubility, its dyeing wastewater is difficult to be removed by regular methods.A design of simulation experiment is implemented to decontamination and de-colora-tion of reactive red X-3B wastewater with Fe-Cu bimetallic tiny electrolytic cell technology.Various relevant factors are investigated, including reaction time, pH, initial concentration, loading volume of Fe-Cu bimetallic and tem-perature of removal rate of the reactive red X-3B under different conditions.The results showed that the Fe-Cu bi-metallic tiny electrolytic cell technology has the best removal rate for reactive Red X-3B in weak acid, weak base, 25℃, and low initial concentrations.The result provides valuable reference for dyeing industrial wastewater pollu-tion control technology.
