目的：局部封闭(鸡尾酒疗法)在“掀盖式髂骨取骨自体骨移植术中的应用的方法及价值。方法：回顾性分析2010年8月至2013年8月我科采用鸡尾酒疗法术中注射髂骨松质骨“掀盖式取骨”供自体植骨的22例患者的资料。结果：22例平均手术之间20分钟,术中平均出血量大约45ML,术后72小时内20例疼痛评分＜2分(为轻度疼痛),2例疼痛评分＜4分,术后患者可早期功能锻炼。术后3-12个月随访。未出现髂棘内陷、系腰带疼、供骨区血肿、感染、髂棘撕脱骨折,髋关节活动受限的并发症。结论：采用术中鸡尾酒局部注射可明显减轻患者掀盖式截骨后出现的疼痛,并可早期功能锻炼,恢复髋关节功能,值得临床推广。
목적：국부봉폐(계미주요법)재“흔개식가골취골자체골이식술중적응용적방법급개치。방법：회고성분석2010년8월지2013년8월아과채용계미주요법술중주사가골송질골“흔개식취골”공자체식골적22례환자적자료。결과：22례평균수술지간20분종,술중평균출혈량대약45ML,술후72소시내20례동통평분＜2분(위경도동통),2례동통평분＜4분,술후환자가조기공능단련。술후3-12개월수방。미출현가극내함、계요대동、공골구혈종、감염、가극시탈골절,관관절활동수한적병발증。결론：채용술중계미주국부주사가명현감경환자흔개식절골후출현적동통,병가조기공능단련,회복관관절공능,치득림상추엄。
Objective:To study the local closed (haart)in the"lift cover type take iliac bone autograft bone grafting methods and the application value.Methods:A retrospective analysis in August 2010 to August 2013,our department USES the cocktails intraoperative injection of iliac cancellous bone“lift cover type took bone”for 22 patients of autologous bone graft materials.Result:22 cases between 20 minutes,the average intraoperative blood loss about 45 ml,postoperative pain score < 20 cases within 72 hours 2 minutes (for mild pain),2 cases of pain score < 4 points,postoperative patients with early functional exercise.3-12 months fol ow-up after surgery.Does not appear the iliac spine invagination,belt pain,for the bone area hematoma,infection,iliac spine avulsion fracture,hip joint activiG ties with limited complications.Conclusion:Intraoperative cocktail local injection can obviously relieve pain after patients lift cover type bone cutting,and early functional exercise and recovery of hip funcG tion,worth clinical promotion.
