本试验旨在测定和比较罗非鱼对5种不同来源桑叶中营养成分的表观消化率。1#、2#桑叶采自云南省楚雄市,3#、4#桑叶采自陕西省西安市周至县,5#桑叶采自重庆市合川区。采用“70%基础饲料+30%待测原料”的方法配制试验饲料,以0.5%的三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)为外源指示剂。选取平均体重为(55.3±2.5) g的1龄吉富罗非鱼350尾,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾鱼。试验鱼在室内循环养殖系统中养殖12 d(投喂7 d基础饲料后投喂5 d试验饲料)后,采用虹吸法收集各重复试验鱼的粪便,共收集10 d。结果表明:罗非鱼对5种桑叶中干物质、粗蛋白质、总氨基酸、粗脂肪和总磷的表观消化率分别为32.9%~56.3%、68.7%~83.7%、69.27%~87.65%、31.8%~63.1%和34.6%~56.9%。其中,1#、2#和3#桑叶中干物质和粗蛋白质表观消化率较高,并显著高于4#和5#桑叶( P<0.05)。1#和3#桑叶中总氨基酸和必需氨基酸的表观消化率均较高,达到了87%以上;5#桑叶中总氨基酸和必需氨基酸的表观消化率则均低于70%,并显著低于其他几种桑叶( P<0.05)。同种桑叶中17种氨基酸的表观消化率存在较大的差异,且缺乏规律性。由此可见,罗非鱼对不同来源桑叶中营养成分的表观消化率存在一定差异。1#和3#桑叶是罗非鱼较好的植物性蛋白质源,可以在罗非鱼饲料中适量添加,应控制5#桑叶在罗非鱼饲料中的用量。

In this study, apparent digestibility of nutrients in 5 kinds of mulberry leaves with different sources for tilapia were determined and compared. 1# and 2# mulberry leaves were collected from Chuxiong city in Yunnan province, 3#and 4#mulberry leaves were collected from Zhouzhi county of Xi’ an city in Shanxi prov-ince, and 5# mulberry leaves were collected from Hechuan area of Chongqing city. The experimental diets were formulated to contain 70% basal diet and 30% tested ingredient with 0.5% chromic oxide as an exogenous indicator. A total of 350 one-year-old genetic improvement of farmed tilapias ( GIFT ) with the average body weight of (55.3±2.5) g were randomly allocated 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 25 fish per replicate. Fecal samples were collected from each replicate of fish using siphonage after feeding 12 days ( fed basal diet for 7 days firstly, and then fed experimental diets for 5 days) in the room circulation farming system, and con-tinued for 10 days. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of dry matter ( DM ) , crude protein ( CP) , total amino acid ( TAA) , ether extract ( EE) and total phosphorus ( TP) in 5 kinds of mulberry leaves was 32.9% to 56.3%, 68.7% to 83.7%, 69.27% to 87.65%, 31.8% to 63.1% and 34.6% to 56.9%, respec-tively. Among them, the apparent digestibility of DM and CP in 1#, 2# and 3# mulberry leaves was higher, and significantly higher than that in 4# and 5# mulberry leaves (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of TAA and essential amino acid ( EAA) in 1#and 3#mulberry leaves was higher, which was more than 87%. The ap-parent digestibility of TAA and EAA in 5# mulberry leaves was less than 70%, and significantly lower than that in other mulberry leaves ( P<0.05) . For the same mulberry leaves, the apparent digestibility of 17 kinds of amino acids had great difference, and did not show any regulation. The results indicate that there are certain differences among the apparent digestibility of nutrients in mulberry leaves with different sources for tilapia. 1#and 3#mulberry leaves as the better vegetable protein sources can be properly used in the diet of tilapia, but the amount of 5# mulberry leaves should be controled.
