在现有基础上，通过进一步创新培养模式、教学模式和管理模式等三种模式，改革培养标准、培养方案、实践形式、实践内容和培养质量评价等五个环节，构筑实践教学基础、工程能力训练、工程技术开发和实践教学管理等四个平台，教育部湖南科技大学-中盐湖南株洲化工集团有限公司工程实践教育中心将建设成为一个开放型大学生校外实践教育基地。
재현유기출상，통과진일보창신배양모식、교학모식화관리모식등삼충모식，개혁배양표준、배양방안、실천형식、실천내용화배양질량평개등오개배절，구축실천교학기출、공정능력훈련、공정기술개발화실천교학관리등사개평태，교육부호남과기대학-중염호남주주화공집단유한공사공정실천교육중심장건설성위일개개방형대학생교외실천교육기지。
Under the existing foundation , the engineering practice education center of the Ministry of Education on the basis of Hunan University of Science and Technology and Hunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co .Ltd.-CNSIC became an open outside school practice education base to college student through further construction .Three kinds of modes such as training mode , teaching mode and management mode were innovated.The five aspects such as training standard , training plan , practice form , practice content and training quality evaluation were reformed.The four platforms such as practice teaching base , engineering ability training , engineering technology development and practice teaching management were constructed.
