利用过量的碱与金属离子生成沉淀使其与铝分离。在pH为4.7时铝与铝试剂生成红色络合物,最大吸收波长为530 nm,铝溶液的颜色深度与铝含量成正比,借以比色测定铝。铝含量在1~50μg(50 mL)与吸光度呈良好的线性,样品进行测试的相对标准偏差为0.15%,加标回收率为98.4%~101.3%。

Much alkali and metal ions were used to generate precipitation to separate from aluminium.At pH 4.7 , aluminum and aluminum complex reagents generated red ternary complex.The maximum absorption wavelength of 530 nm, color depth of the aluminum content in the solution was proportional to the aluminum content , so as to colorimetric determination of aluminium.Aluminum content in 1~50 μg (50 mL) had good linear absorbance , samples for testing the relative standard deviation was 0.45%, and standard addition recovery was 98.4%~101.3%.
